BODIES THAT DON’T<\/del> MATTER<\/span><\/a><\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Bodies that don’t<\/del> matter<\/em> begins with an uncomfortable question: which bodies have been represented, and through whose gaze? Is a journey through works from the museum collections of the Xarxa, organised into six areas. Based on the impossible neutrality of a museum, the curatorial project Nothing Is What It Seems<\/em> proposes readings on power and dissent. Beasts and Bestiaries<\/em> traces, from the Graeco-Roman world to more recent art, the presence of fantastic animals that invite reflection or give shape to metaphors of good and evil.
