Founded in 1896, it is one of the pioneering museums dedicated to the collection and conservation of sacred art and liturgical heritage in our country. Located in the Episcopal Palace, it displays the historical-artistic heritage of the Bishopric of Solsona from prehistory to the 20th century. It contains collections of archaeology, sacred art and ethnography and is noted for its magnificent collection of Romanesque and Gothic art.
